Since the times when I was little I always loved to read Asterix & Obelix. I remember that certain day when my parent brought a VHS with him, with this movie. Only the beginning of the movie with this music, made me love it already, and so the entire film. Still today, is the one and only Asterix & Obelix live action movie I like.

The rustic looking on the clothing, the Ambience all around and the acting seems really well done, not to mention the actors and counterparts seem very close. Specially Caesar himself. I saw the trailer for the new Live Action and eh.... Without Gerard Dipardieu is not the same.
I am completely addicted to this music. Especially the first 3 minutes or so. The music (as well as great acting) definiely made this movie the masterpiece it still is today. Thank you for posting. I listen to it almost every day when I'm working.

Maciej Bud i don’t know if a english dubbing exists, because this movie uses a french humor « décalé et second degré » of the time, absurd ans with a lot of french celeberities, me and a lot of french think that asterix and obelix mission cleopatre is one of the best comedy of all time, and it was one of the best succes of all time in France with 15 millions people in theaters, i’m sure there is an english version you can find
