Cyclists and pedestrians are being killed in Berlin

Cycling activists regularly hold vigils when a cyclist is run over by a motorized vehicle -- which happens, on average, every month. This video shows what one such vigil looked like -- and explains what Vision Zero is: the goal of zero deaths from cars in the city. It can be done, as cities like Oslo show.
