I would love it if you and Cody used a screenshot of a map when you tell us where you are. That would be great. Maybe show the state map then zoom into the general area. That would be awesome! Great videos either way.
@@johnnywhildalways throw a frozen steak in your pack to have the first night at camp. And then only do one night trips so you never have to eat dehydrated meals again.
I’m so jealous that you got to grow up in such a beautiful state with so many amazing rivers, waterfalls, rock formations, coyotes lol!! Awesome vlog John B 👏😎💜
Hey Johnny, what another awesome adventure and scenic moments.--what a beautiful place Arkansas is. But, I always love your cooking as it makes me hungry lol
Hi Johnny! Love your videos, hiking, cooking, fishing, etc, keep them coming. The food looks so good, and nothing tastes as good as it does cooked outside. Also, thank you, Erika, and Cody & Kellie for picking up trash wherever you go! I can't believe people do that. I live in TX, but plan on making a few day trips to Ark soon. I've only been a couple of times, and only in the Ouachita area, but fell in love with it. I haven't been up north to the Ozarks area, but watch videos on it. It's beautiful there to from what I see. I'm not sure what the differences are, since I don't live there. I think I would love to move to Ark when I retire, in the near future. I'd like to spend the rest of my life exploring around Ark, hiking, fishing, wild food foraging, cooking, and swimming. That sounds like an amazing retirement for me!
Thank you for picking up other people's trash, I really need to start doing that to. That steak looked good never had a bison steak before. Thanks for sharing.
Love your videos! Can you give Gabe the Izard a shout out? Fantastic content. Little Rock dude. Unique look. Kelly Hayes blew up two years ago. You are trending. Gabe the Izard needs some love.
Jonathan, enjoyed this video and the ouchitas mounntains, nice that you didn't bump into the coyote. Hope you have some sort of protection out there . Peace out!!
That is a very cool looking spot for doing the camping, trail riding, and the kayaking with a little fishing thrown in for good measure!! I would love to go back to Arkansas! And this time go into the Oauchita national forest.
We paddled the ouachita river last summer. It was very low lol I think we dragged more than paddled. We camped next to the river at ouachita river haven. Very neat place
Cool video. Loved the cooking, and the hike and kayak adventure. One thing I noticed was that it seemed like your second camera was dropping frames while I was watching. I first noticed this when you were chopping broccoli. But anyways, I’ll add this to my future camping list (it is 7 hours away, but I think that’s doable once a get a 4x4). Thanks again -Chris 🚙⛰️
Thank you so much! Yes the B footage was dropping frames. I noticed this after uploading and tried to correct it but had already deleted the content. Lesson learned
Beautiful campsite. Amazing how different the woods are this time of year before the greenery takes over. That creek waterfall would be so nice to chill next to and meditate. Cool how you can float a few hours and then have a short hike to get your own vehicle and not have to arrange a shuttle. That's soo rare! ... Not a fan of the "stop-go" editing. Made ma a bit nauseous like watching a strobe light. Other then that, great video!
Nice job on the edit. How near is that Raney Creek campsite to the dragover put in. Planning on a camping trip out there mid June. Planning on river camp but would also like to see that waterfall and cool off in that pool!
With lower water levels, yes this would be a good beginner friendly kayak trip. With the rain that we have had this week, the river may be running too high. I would check the water levels on www.americanwhitewater.org/content/River/view/river-detail/2699/main

Great videos either way.
Thank you!
But that would be too easy, there’s no exploring if we did that. Explore the land and find places just as we did
Thanks for mentioning THE LORD, beautiful place and great video. God Bless you.
I need more Lord in my life. I don't feel I give enough. Your comment touched me. Thx!
Hey Johnathan! It's amazing how much you look like your sister! I love both of your channels! Thank you for sharing! 😊😊
Thank you so much!
Tat was awesome taking us along jw. Especially the breakfast deal, yum , gorgeous Arkansas state. Can't wait for your next video, enjoy your day ❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
That’s a good breakfast I call it a hole in one
You look good in that hat,and your cooking makes me want to cook.❤❤
Thank you!
I concur about the hat! And yay to rare steaks!🎉
IMHO the best part of car camping instead of backpacking is the food you can bring!!
I totally agree! I haven’t found any backpacking food that is comparable to what you can eat while car camping

Dude I’ve got to do this drag over. I wish all rivers were like this! Haha great video man!

Add fresh garlic and olive oil to your broccoli before steaming. Delish.
Good to know! Thank you!
Nice capture on the yote.👍 Looked like a healthy one.
What a great video! The food looked delish. Such a beautiful area. Thanks for sharing!!!

Thanks! I did not edit the video like that, it showed up after I had uploaded the video and I tried to fix it but it was too late.
Is that a Tilley's hat? Love those.
Yes it is!
Great video. Was that a Wolf?
A coyote!
@@johnnywhild - It looked alittle bigger than a coyote.
Good one bud!

Maybe if you had a rope on your boat, you could have lowered it down the boat launch
A feast fit for a king…was the bison as yummy/tasty as it looked? I know it as egg in a hole😉
Oh yeah! It was delicious
We call it birds in a nest - I didn't realize it had so many names. 😋
Do you think this would be a good kyack trip for a beginner? My grandson is 10 and we're heading to Arkansas this weekend !!

Where is Erika?
She was working that day unfortunately :(
