I must say, the purple patterned paper at the beginning is flipping gorgeous. I wish I got paid more than a few days before xmas and had time to order some to wrap prezzies up with 😍

Spend your money on the gifts, not the wrapping paper. You'll be happier that way. :-)

@@mygirldarby I bought some wrapping paper from the £shop, along with some gift tags. Overall, me and my family had a great christmas

It is nice. I find that when using quality paper, which is also heavy stock, it is much, much easier to use.

The wrapped gifts for sure look great but way too many materials were used. The money spent on the fancy wrapping paper and the double-sided tapes would benefit the receivers more if it's spent on the gifts. After all, not many people would gingerly unwrap their gifts and successfully recycle the wrapping materials for future use.

Since I don't strive for perfection I'll continue doing it as I always have, because this would take forever to do

Or you could just tape the "tab" down 🤷

I certainly wouldn’t consider wrapping this scarf an “awkward “ shape at all.

I've got a great idea for wrapping awkward presents. Do what I do, don't buy any then you won't have to wrap them problem solved.

Wasteful. You could have wrapped two or three gifts with that paper.

Literally all wrapping paper is waste. All of it. It gets ripped up and immediately thrown away. Use all of it. Use little of it. Doesn't matter. It's all waste.

Ong Jennifer yes!! I couldn’t agree more with you. It seems like a lot of wasted paper.

Nitewulf that is true, but it’s also just more expensive! for people trying to save money on wrapping paper, this isn’t for them lol.

Nah. I can think of half a dozen ways to reuse that fancy paper, even if it's torn. You can make all kinds of art and craft projects with it. Hell, I even line drawers and cabinets with the stuff. It's only a waste if you have no imagination.
