I always listen to my body and give it the fuel it wants/needs. I always remind myself not to be harsh on my it bec as my mom always say, ako rin sisingilin nito in the future when I don't take care of it! Hahaha. I feel energized and happier when I eat when it wants to eat, compared when I eat pag nakalipas na yung hunger. ❤️

The amount of comfort and happiness I've been getting by simply watching your vlogs is very amazing. You have no idea how your vlogs inspired me to be good and feel better about myself.
As the eldest and fresh grad, I have been struggling to a lot of pressure and navigating adulthood. That I always have to always look strong and show up fierce, and ang sarap lang sa feeling na magkaroon ng isang "ate" that will comfort you despite the situation.
Watching your vlog is very comforting and relaxing which is very hard to do because the amount of work, editing, angle and effort you have to do to simply produce a single vlog is tiring. We thank you for that!
I'm currently in a season of job hunting and I know that corporate life is difficult but somehow, you romanticized it in a way that inspires us to be better and giving us a different perspective in life to achieve our dreams. I'm excited to what universe had prepared for me. And I'll always think about your vlog when I finally get that job.

I think you are using food as the reward for getting work done, but another approach is to think, i need to fuel my body before i do my work so that i can be at my best performance, just like when you prepare for a marathon!
