bro i work in a company 5 months
in my last working month i didn't work in first week and in 2nd week i worked completely like 7 days and i submitted all the things which were given to me by dedicating my salary and told it will be paid leaving the company but now they are say it will considered under lose of pay.
i don't what to do now

at anytime u may relieve from the company!!
so same month leave eligiblity than add aagum, future months kaan leave ah prior ah use panna mudiyathu.
sometime it may get exempted if mgmt permits!!

hi selva, already u raised complaint with Labour officer. that itself is enough. Act is applicable to every legal place of employment such as mines, factory, shops, oil field, plantation, railway company, and ports. Labour office may sort it out. after this covid leave. register your query once again with labour office (with your old complaint copy).

Bro EL maximum evalo year carry over agum. Maximum EL 12days thana.

12 days.. in govt sectors you can carry your EL till your retirement. some companies will close it for every 3 years once. its upto the companies policy

Layoff... how many members are there in this kind of leave bharathi ? its a risky one.. if it extends to 90 days means, they got right to retrench.
Company got rights to close ur employment if this leave continues for 90 days. so unga collegues kitta check pannikonga or speak with HR department
