Be it ya gari,home etc is that what is on paper is different than what they tell you. So pls read the fine prints,ask questions before signing anything.. coz you are right they are very friendly when insuring you but when something happens they give you other stories and leave you high & dry! Incase of something.....there is evidence. Rogue con Insurance companies need to be exposed. Form a union even when you're a private operator. Strength in numbers.
