i hope that second story is truly a joke that's completely made up, because if you did do that you should lose your badge. Public servants are not to harass the innocent. And everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Just because you get to enjoy not be so harshly punished by doing a false arrest doesn't mean you can waste tax payer dollars.
