You are so right that weight is just a number. Too many people get caught up in having a bad day if that number isn't what they want. I stopped weighing myself daily years ago. It made a huge difference in the way I approached my day.
So great to hear that from you too! As long as you feel good and your health is in check, bodyweight is JUST A NUMBER. It doesn't make you any better or worse of a human.❤️
Only managed to do this workout now, I LOVED IT SO MUCH, the combination with weights and the duration of the entire workout. Your advice was priceless. Whenever I do a trampoline workout of yours I have a smile on my face. I liked the way you ended... "strong ass woman" 😂😂😂😂
Thank you for the advice Michelle. I'm always tempted to keep going, and despite my conditioning, it drains me in ways that are aggravating bc of the stage I'm in. You seem impervious though and it makes me think I'm doing something wrong. Using hrt but i don't know if there's a magic dose for me and afraid to go higher. I digress. QUESTION: Do you use l- glutathione in combo with creatinine?
