The pencil sound IS really loud and bothered me even back in 2011, but it's in there only a few times so I just learned to ignore it. The orchestral version (that you can hear as the outro of this MV) *might* not have the pencil sound in it, but while it's gorgeous, it's just not as good as the pop version.
