Indian feast at Kakori, The Soaltee Kathmandu | Feasts & Flavours Episode-5

Inspired by the popular Indian delicacies of a town, Kakor, in the North Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, the Kakori restaurant, inside the tranquil The Soaltee, was established. The Nawabs (Royalties) loved Kebabs. However, as they got older it became difficult for them to chew it. The chef of the Nawabs, created soft, mouth-melting kebabs. Today, these kebabs are famously known as the Kakori kebab.
