Can’t deny that the krill range is awesome for carp ! Let me know how you get on with it ! Wow 6 months, you will need a bio-suit when you open that bag 😂

Haha my memories of fishing with him when I was a kid are 90% of him tackling back up after being broke 😂😂 but I have seen him land a 17lb ghost carp on 3lb line !
My trouble is in my youth there were no commercials and my fishing was on canals. Mainly Lancaster canal match fishing winter leagues with 24s or 26s size hooks to 12 oz hooklengths. Mainline was 2.1 lb. I now find it difficult to get out of that mindset. Although I am getting better at using heavier gear.

Me and my mate fished them exact 2 pegs about 4 weeks ago and both of us did really well great fishery is wrightington 👍🏻

Sonubaits need to bring out tubs of wafters with just the pink washed out 😂 definitely see if go outdoors have them in stock ! Get good discounts on there for loads of stuff Martin 👌🏻👍🏻
great sesh westy..for the time of year buddy....and yes i agree i dont scale down at all..from summer through to winter and most of the time a hook a few!...i think that sweet cold water mix..made a difference on the day too..mite give it a try...tight lines to you and ya dad....ps invest in 2 fox swingers the best bite indicaters ever and no more line wraps ever!......😉

Great vid once again and great angling , with this weather I would have chosen same as your dad , in-line maggot feeder over a couple of balls of groundbait , just because of the cold temp, just goes to show the fish don’t read same books as us 😂😂😂, loved it , roll on next one 🎣🎣🎣
Awesome Chris ! No right or wrong way to fish that’s for sure. Sometimes I fancy fishing feeder on the tip. Sometimes bite alarms ! 🎣🎣 but usually at this time of year I stick to pink wafters 😂 I have most faith in them for obvious reasons !
I use Ringers wafters , the pink ones, only because the are softer and easier to use with bayonet, 🎣🎣

Quality video as always. Cant knock the wafters, even my 4mm washed outs pulled the biggest fish for me last weekend. Not looking forward to this weeks fishing tho, might have to wear my heated bodywarmer.

Sonubaits do the micro wafters, they say they are 4mm, seem alot smaller than a 6mm though lol. Have had decent carp on them still in these colder weeks 👌🏻

Seeing as you seem to be the only one catching,do you think the Krill is a good attractant?It's a suprcharged bait,that's why Wales eat it.
Well my dad swapped to cage feeder half way through the day using the same ground-bait and he did get a few more but not as consistently!

I fish 18 pound braid hook link and 20 pound mainline because I've lost too many fish this winter because i was fishing to light

I think in winter if u land on the fish whatever your using doesn't really matter love your videos mate keep them coming
