Even though there is no such thing as a catastrophic danger warning (even though it was used in a few videos) I just felt like using it of a disaster of this magnitude.
Isn't there something like a grand total of 6 or 7 total EAS orders overall? (I think its Secure & Place, Weather based, Primary Point Entry, Nuclear Facility based, Civil Danger, & National Alert, or something like that)
5:08 125 to 130 degrees F? Sweet Mercy, Fieria... 6:30 Sounds like a calming, relaxing song. 7:54 The sirens in the background don't clash like last time... 9:04 There always has to be some source of ignition. It might be vapors from various liquids combining and combusting as they evaporate, in which such is rare, very rare, but it wouldn't be the first time either; I've seen such happen first hand with chlorine combining with hot O2 and nitrogen vapors, a common combination with clay tar steam eruption vents. But even then, the explosion would have to ignite something nearby or else it would just be as benign as a Black Cat firecracker. 14:16 La Niña comes to mind...(a hardcore one...) 16:34 On the rare occasion I listen to the radio (when I'm in Colorado), this here is one of the stations I do listen to. Most of the music they play falls under easy-listening, but they've played some songs from the likes of Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, and such... 18:20 Expected sirens... 22:20 Some retro techno. Sounds good to me. 23:44 The sirens would easily get drowned in the beat... 25:04 Damn. I've never heard of such things happening outside of fiction. 25:48 Yeah; so much for going back to Colorado. Where would I go? I'm shipping out to Dublin. A fire that large, however, would not burn for very long. It would consume all the accessible 'fuel' it could, then would burn out, and it wouldn't be a slow burn out, no; the visible fire would drop in volume rapidly, and something that size would go from a massive visible bush of flames to hotspots in a matter of mere *_minutes_* to a few hours at most. As for the end result, just ashes and dust would likely be accompanied by whatever husks of various stronger structures were left standing, as such a fire would not burn hot enough to destroy all material (larger fires mean lower overall burning temperature for the mass-makes sense if you know about how convection works), and there would be lots of areas that would likely remain close to untouched since even when combined as a massive fire, it will be a massive fire with unburned spots, like holes in swiss cheeze, due to fire having issues with terrain impasses of several kinds including water, elevation, and low air pressure, so you can consider the tops of several mountains safe since those areas are far less likely to be approached by spreading flames. Yeah, it would suck to go back and have to rebuild what was lost but that's what people do, and what they would do. It wouldn't of been the first time either.
Guys, before you ask if this is an end of the world scenario, there is a difference between a global Emergency Action Notification and a Catastrophic Danger Warning (which is regions)
I absolutely L O V E all of your scenarios...I can listen for hours on end! Just throwing this out there - if you ever want or need a female voice actor for the news segments, I would be truly honored. Got some examples of my narrations on my channel and it would be good to break out the recording equipment again! Either way, another spectacular job! 🖤
That was literally my life in 2017 in a nutshell where I live (British Columbia Canada) in the summer of 2017 multiple forest fires broke out and one being as close as 30 kilometres away from me and my family and I were on a mandatory evacuation order but we had to stay as we have a farm and couldn’t leave so we set up a water pump that ran 24/7 and so we were ok (we were without power for 4 days but we had a diesel light plant so we ran our house off of that) lol that was funny and terrifying
so how does the thing getting broadcasted to other radio stations if you play it with headphones, I like eas (even though I cant sleep at night after watching them and dot know spc does aswell lmfao) yet im scared I might freak people out because it accidentally picks it up so uhh can I get help?
I mean... I have a bluetooth FM transmitter in my car sooo... I hope I don't have an EAS scenario playing and someone passes by tuned to 88.5 and flips the hell out.
