Chef Umberto Visits the Home of the Famous Sicilian Rice Balls -- Giovanni’s Arancini

We had the unique opportunity to visit the plant where Giovanni’s Arancini are produced. Chef Umberto spoke with the owners and had a guided tour and, of course, a tasting of these hand made rice balls. Chef Umberto wants to highlight that there are still small mom and pop companies that are making delicious and authentic food products like your Nonna would make them.
