Had the great pleasure of attending a weekend course taught by Saito Sensei, so glad I did.
He so powerful. A big man. Like a mountain. O’Sensei was a Mountain. A Hurricane, A Tsunami. A raging Fire. A Earthquake.
I use my 22 pound stainless steel 38” bar. And my 70 lb 5.5 ft 3/4 inch steel bar. I’m from Pittsburgh.
I train like this 3 times a week.
