It’s alright, I would experiment with particle effects, as well as execute commands with armor stands, that way you could make a vortex as well.

Well done for making this video young man. A very simple but effective way of creating the effects of a tornado in Minecraft. There are more complicated ways to do this and there are simpler ways using mods but I like the logical way you have worked this out. Well done.
