Ingredients for Lassoni Palak Paneer with Crispy Garlic Tadka:
Spinach (Palak) - 500g, stems removed and thoroughly washed
Paneer - 200g, cut into cubes
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Tomatoes - 3, boiled and mashed
Garlic - 7-8 cloves (for paste) + 5-6 cloves, finely sliced (for tadka)
Green Chilies - 2
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp, roasted and crushed
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 tsp
Black Peppercorns - 7-8
Bay Leaves (Tej Patta) - 2
Whole Red Chilies - 2-3 (for tadka)
Salt - to taste
Turmeric Powder (Haldi) - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Mustard Oil - 3 tsp (or oil/ghee of choice)
Water - as required for blanching, gravy, and soaking paneer
