How are you digging your titan max? I just purchased at Toro Z Master series 5000. Love it but it’s a huge mower. Love the wheels, the black and the lights. Pretty frickin cool. This mower is a total disaster paid $8000 for it used it two days put five hours on it and the belt has come off 11 times and the only help Touro can offer is to take it to a service center that cannot get to it until the first week in October I ask for corporate contact and they told me I had to write a letter. I’ll never buy another Toro.
Or better customer service. My push mower had carb issues under warranty and toro refused to fix. Dealer told me they do it all the time. I called toro myself and talked to 2 clueless elevated support staff and after a while, I got frustrated and hung up and pulled the carb off myself. Took the carb off and realized it was a cheap no service plastic POS. I put it back on and it fixed the issue. Must have been a stuck float. They blamed my gas which ticked me off since I am the guy that drives and pays premium for ethanol free gas and buy in small quantities so it’s always fresh. Left my with a bad taste and I was a Toro fan boy.
