The two sliders as they are, should control how slowly you check your gun, doors etc. So if you're stealth walking, you're stealth checking and so on...............and so forth.
yes, don't need an extra slider enough hotkeys already

checking mag on something with see through plastic should be silent but a standard no see through mag will necessarily make noise to pull it out and check it, but also stuff like aiming down sight should be able to be silent, and toggling laser on and off...realistically is a very quiet thing
Once your skills are leveled then it's a huge improvement

They also need to make it so any sound your character makes that another player can hear, you also hear so you know you made the noise. If you never played with anyone else there are a bunch of sounds that you make that you would never know you were making, rotating while proned in a bush, etc....
This is why when I find pscavs as a scav I wiggle, talk, and run the other way lol. I've been baited by PMC's before too so I now have trust issues
