Milk contains the amino acid cysteine, which is contains sulfur. According to humanitas . Net digestion of cysteine can lower potassium and calcium in your blood. I wasn't able to find specifically the milk thing though

From what I can find:
In the bio-availability index where eggs are number 1 (score of 100) , milk scores a 91, beef, chicken (80-90), rice(75), soy,wheat and beans(50-60). Whey Protein however can be over 100, but got introduced later, which is the reason the score is based off eggs.
Also from what I can find, meat and dairy comes with much greater variety of amino acids than soy, wheat and beans.

As someone who always drinks milk and has huge amounts of extra bone formation compared to average size.. I think I likely get calcium still and those values aren’t entirely accurate but I’m sure it is affected someone. The protein is actually casein is still very bioavailable but takes longer to be utilized.
