Cruising the Fitzroy River in flood. The Kimberley Outback Christmas time 2020

** Kimberley Outback Adventures **
After some heavy wet season rains we decided to check out the Fitzroy river in flood. The track in was wet and muddy and the river level had come right up. We could just get under the bridge, tackling fast flowing water with submerged logs. We visited the remains of of old Helmut's camp and took a peak out at the mouth of the river.
