Nice to See the open space in Dasma and Forbes. Other open spaces are in Ortigas white plains and QC U.P and circle but the Camanava area has none.

Urban planning was never implemented, I hope ,metroCebu, Davao won’t follow ,other cities Angeles, Bacolod, Iloilo, CDO, Zambo better be strict to follow too
Metro Cebu is worst. my goodness. Davao city wala ring city planning pero mas okey compare sa Cebu. At least sa Metro Manila mga CBDs are well planned and they are big, ekta ektaryang laki.
Right, 10 % of buildings should always have green space , hindi rin implemented, shame with the planners
