Thank the destiny gods that Caretaker is the 2nd encounter. Besides Edge Transit blowing us up on Golgoroth this was not bad, just had to run it back a lot due to caretaker being funny.

Took an hour for my group to get around old Greg last night, told em ima go watch a 2man flawless run and cry myself to sleep, it’s like you heard me.
Phenomenal duo. I’m really curious about Rizzard’s POV in Caretaker coz he did an excellent job at running! Overall, an incredible watch. 10/10

Very impressive. Two questions, how does your mate open the door at caretaker ? And why he gets not killed by darkness stacks in symbol room.
He uses a mountaintop with sticky nades (it blows up later keeping the door open). And he is just fast enough so he doesn't die after getting all 9

For golgoroth and explicator yes, but on caretaker and atraks he had different setups (lucky pants and void lock respectively)

So how does dps on Golgoroth work for you guys? Do you even need to take gaze?
No, we can just use the bubble he gives us for about 30 seconds and use explosive damage, you have up to 6 phases with this strategy, so you need good dps but you can ammo farm inbetween every bubble.
@@VaderD2 One question to this, because I couldn't find any information on this. Why doesn't the tablet of ruin wipe you, because you didn't juggle the gaze? Or because you only have one bubble for every damage phase? Normally the Tablet would fill up for every bubble you didn't use.
@@Qelmar We don't take the gaze, so it only counts towards 1 bubble being "lost"
Are thermites best when using apotheosis?
yes pretty sure, though they are mediocre in pantheon tbh
@VaderD2 interesting. Thermites are greater total damage vs fusions? I've seen many mention this, but I've never tested it.
@@VaderD2 I can see it being mid on these bosses, as they jiggle around too much and atraks is burst damage.
why does caretaker turn around on his own? that's really interesting
he doesn’t turn, he just loses focus of the stunner after 5 secs, then goes back to the normal pathing

I have a question, I tried this strategy for golgoroth but every time he comes too close, making it impossible to shoot with the granade launcher without dying. Is there a strat too keep him from coming closer??

No specific strategy really, just try to stay as far back in the pool of light as possible

i dont mean to be toxic, but considering its still easy to kill him in 1 floor even on -5 power level, how did you manage to take 4 hours to kill him?
Maybe learn how to do the encounter instead of watching this video…

Anything beyond a few tries on atraks with lfg and I’m leaving. He’s so easily one phased I’m not wasting 4 hrs on that shit. How long did planets take you then because that in my opinion is the hardest boss encounter in the game
