Great Job More Buildings.
Great video

85k for the studio ain't bad at all. Actually all the prices are kinda similar to the ones you would find in the D.R. 🇩🇴
That’s true, but Ghana has the upper hand because Ghana is multiple times bigger than D.R in both size and population and Ghana is still very early in its development which means that a lot of growth is coming and prices will skyrocket. West Africa in general will grow exponentially in the near future. D.R doesn’t have as much potential and it’s not even nearly as friendly to black people.
Bro people are rich rich... wish i could get you one
I wish you could get me one too
Get me one too uncle.
they are definitely not serious about their pricing
I was thinking the same thing
It will be nice BUT, Ghanaian developers these days are notorious for not meeting completion deadlines. Make sure they are finished before giving any money. There is an epidemic of projects projected to be completed in one year that end up being finished in five years or even getting stalled. Always wait for the finished product.
When it’s completed it will cost much more
Why quote prices in a foreign currency? We have to change the narratuve that the Cedi is worthless. Its the currency of a whole sovreign country, older that the foreign currency being quoted and backed by real gold and minerals. Lets respect the country we have chosen to live in.
You are 100% correct! I dont understand quoting these prices in USD, while building in Ghana. Overpriced for the Diaspora?
The cedi is not stable, so it is difficult to determine the actual cost in it.
I guess the video is in English, & most of her viewers are not Ghanaian
What are the fees (HOA, taxes, etc.) associated with the purchase of the property?
It depends on the unit but I believe it starts at $100/ month for smallest unit
@DeijhasViews I'd like to reach out to you if you don't mind. How can I share with you my info?
2 bedroom for 317,000 dollar's for a condo, when i can build a whole house for half of that price
Maybe they factored in the location. Don't even understand why the price in dollars. 😮
That's not U.S. Dollars
They should sell to Ghanians
Did you vote?
Great content!!! Would you like an 80% complete 3 bedroom house at Kosoa for $40K ?
No please
This money can buy you a European citizenship and a house in Europe
Now why would any dignified Black man choose Europe over Africa??
How do i meet u , I really wanna meet u girl
@@SandraEware-ui6gf hey Sandra, are you in Ghana?
Who gonna pay that price. It doesn’t make sense
This is nonsense , the average can't benefit from this. 😂 2 beds for how much
Not something I’d consider. We need to look more at landownership. There is more power owning. I do understand that it’s really leasing in Ghana, however you are getting an apartment and is this a Ghanaian owned property? Will it be maintained properly in the long run? It looks nice, however going to Ghana to purchase from a non Ghanaian owner who owns the land and the building?…just a thought. We as a people need to think bigger. It’s like going to a gunfight with a knife.
I mentioned in the description that it’s Ghanaian owned
@ Noted! It’s nice. I hope that it’ll be well maintained overtime.
This is a Ghanian owned project 😮
It’s Lebanese owned I believe
Ghanaian owned
