I felt so bad you guys had to drain a septic tank with a shop vac. You lads are brave, we use trucks with dedicated tanks and industrial pumps for draining septic tanks here. Another great video.
You had us going real good this time. It was a nail biter from beginning to end. Glad you were able to unclog the pipe, and let the owners know that the pipe is broken and squished badly. Great job gents!!!!
As I binge-watched most of the videos, I am amazed how polite everyone is. They always take evidence on everything, make sure the owners know everything what's wrong. To be honest, I would rather pay more for a service like this than our workers. They come, ask for a lot of money, do something and leave. Then issues start to happen in a few months...
Y'know, it's only after seeing several of these videos, that you probably realize that these guys are, out here, at work, for *hours.* Some of these seemed like all day jobs-- and I have to commend them for it. ^^ Hang in there, guys, you do spectacular work :D
In Australia, in residential beyond property responsibility of pipe is sewer authority. Here it's likely the newer road may have compressed pipe and it's beyond your property but not in main line. Who pays to fix?
You make excellent videos. I don"t know if it's only a my problem, but it could be fine to have a slight extra time to be able to read text and see what's going on, may be a second is good
@@blockeddrainkorea312 You are right... I have to learn to read faster ...Actually are spoken almost always the same words , so it's not a big effort, over time it will be easier and easier to read in a short time

In Europe and the US it’s wipes, in Asia it’s grease. Install and maintain grease traps.
