This was my late fathers favourite game, still remember playing it with him on our old ps2 when I was too small to even hold a controller. Now I play through it every year on the anniversary of his passing in rememberance 🖤

I still go back and 100% this every few years. 4-5 hours to 100%, and it's still more satisfying than most 20+ hours open world checklist simulators. Jak & Daxter 1, and R&C Going Commando are tied for my favorite games of all time. I've replayed both trilogies more times than count.
I remember back in 2002 I got a PS2 for christmas and this was the game that i got with it. I remember I asked for DBZ Budokai back then buy apparently where my parents bought it this was the only game they had available to bundle with it. I fell in love with it. My parent's didn't have a lot of money back then but they made sure my christmas was great....and it was. Re-watching and replaying this always makes me feel so grateful for my parents and the amazing childhood they gifted to me
It's crazy how I remember playing this when I was really young (too young to remember what the game was about), and I remembered loving it. I'm 26 now and just thought of looking the game up again to get it for the PS5. It's insane how you remember graphics looking so good in your memory, and then look back at these older game and are hit with reality lmao. I would so love for remakes to be made of this series like they've done with Crash Bandicoot! Or even Sly Cooper! I know a new entry into either of these series are unlikely, so a remake is the best I can hope for lmao.
@@LizAndErikSeries Hopefully one day! They should outsource to Bluepoint for it if the original devs don't have the time. They've done an incredible job with previous remakes!

This isint on the ps5
They have a version for ps4 but the ps5 is backwards compatible so yes you can play it on it.
Been wanting to replay this so bad. Almost a reason for a ps5 😅
