The best Trivium song out there. I don’t care what anyone says but this song has everything. Incredible solos, insane harmonies, great main riff, great bridge, great intro. There’s nothing that could make this song better

The solo on this song is beyond any feeling of fear or agitation about something that may happen? You don't know what trepidation means. You go around saying big words that you don't know the meaning to so you can try to sound cool. lame.

I was 15 years old in 2005 sitting in a pizza restaurant/takeaway with a couple of friends. Another friend came in and he shows me the music video for this song on his Sony Ericsson phone. I became an instant fan and 19 years later I'm still here rocking to this song

Matt’s new scream since his vocal surgery is amazing. I remember seeing them live back in 2007. And they’re still going strong. 🤟
Hes also doing the proper technique now as before he was litarly just screaming. He has stated that its easier to do this scream than it is to speak so he can sustain it better
I'm pretty sure he didn't get surgery, he just had to change his screams.
Matt's scream is absolutely brutal here. Love it
Am i crazy or is he not properly screaming? And doing a quiet whisper scream and his mic is amplified to make it sound louder. Right?

When i see the music video it looks nothing like trivim. I saw an interview where they said they didnt wanna do the whole emo thing but the record label kept telling them they had to because thats what was popular at the time, and even though they considered themselves metalheads growing up with iron maiden, metallica, death, suffocation, king diamond and more they ended up having to be "emo" for that music video.

Did Matt use vocal fry in screaming part? It sounds so quite and powerless to be called a scream imo
Tommy N I’m pretty sure he did. Fry screams in general are actually not as loud as we’d think, and Matt also had to relearn how to scream after damaging his voice.
Yeah, it's still vocal fry, Matt just doesn't project it with his diaphragm at all, which could put some real nice power behind it if he did.

Michael Hoffmann I grew up listening to Trivium, I love This band, when matt was copying James, and I can’t stand Metallica, it made listening to Trivium not fun for a while
They was better than Metallica even with The Crusade (I think is Megadeth with Hetfield voice)
@@imaginatv4714 crusade is a perfect thrash album. I love most of its songs and non of them are like metallica's. There is vocal harmony metallica could never do. But I accept their last 3 albums are weak

Koncert perfecto z deski - lecz moi drodzy - na froncie było bagno totalne. Corey za cicho / Matt za głośno / Bass słabo siedział w miksie oraz chaotycznie nagłośniona perkusja. Zawiodłem się na tym koncercie mimo ze dali mega popis - lecz pan co robił im nagłośnienie powinien stracić prace.
Man that bass just doesn't sound right. Dunno if its the production or what but I heard this the day the Roadrunner singles DVD came out and it never sounded so weak.
