How is Sundance? Gonna rent a home there, we are homebodies mostly. I do work part-time rideshare. House backs up to Abrazo Buckeye community ER, I hope it is not busy with ambulance traffic at all hours. Looks like a sleepy place compared to Palm Springs which is fine with me.
Sundance is a fairly quiet community. I just had some clients of mine who are also a little more homebodies move into Sundance, and they are the closest road to the hospital and haven't had any complaints about the community!

Look up teravalis buckeye it’s coming soon not far from tartesso and surprise so it’ll be in the north west corner of buckeye also you can look up buckeye 2040 and it’ll show where they plan on building the next 20 years
Yes it is! My family lives in SoCal, so we take that drive all the time. Buckeye saves about 30-60 minutes off the drive compared to other parts of Phoenix

I have just recently heard about all the work they are going to be doing at Teravalis. That can definitely change the future of Buckeye and bring a crazy amount of growth and demand to the area. It is a while until that starts to fully unveil, but they did just break ground
Don’t move here!! We are moving out of here because they are building so many new industrial and manufacturing buildings just wherever. The roads can’t handle the increase in demand so there is a ton of construction constantly! 10 years ago I loved it here but the last few years have totally ruined it!
There are about 50 1 acre lots for sale in Buckeye currently, so there are plenty of options for you! If you need help buying one, feel free to reach out. 480-245-8166
No Buckeye hasn’t shown signs of running out of water soon. There’s a lot of different opinions out there, but Buckeye is in line with the rest of the bigger Phoenix cities.
