Parking lights are dangerous when raining. Left or right indicator will Not work when parking lights are ON. Possibility for accident with following vehicle
I agree.. Only headlamps should be on..
In jerman cars left or right indicator will works fine while parking lights in ON condition likely skoda ,VW , audi and BMW .

3.44 ---Please confirm about keeping on the hazard lights while driving. What I understand is the hazard light has to be used only when you have parked the vehicle on the busy road or during breakdowns. Which signals the traffic that vehicle is stationed in the road...

You should have covered wipers problems also. Especially why the wipers make loud noise (we can sens e some friction). After thorough cleaning wipers and windshield, it works smoothly for few hours, later again by morning same irritating noise. As per my observations, it must be due to parking the car under tree and also due to sticky substance is released from tree. Is this correct reason?

I have watched many of your videos about driving tips and they were very helpful. This video is also informative. However, I do not agree with your point about use of HAZARD LIGHTS during rains. Hazard lights should NOT be used for any other purpose other than indicating that a vehicle is parked on the road and is under repair.
Use of hazard lights during rains, or to indicate going straight in a junction is a normal but WRONG practice that is now common. It is also against the law, and can cause confusion. Hope there is a mention made about it in the description.
In that case should not use for going straight also. In this case without that indication the behind cars cant judge you .
@@birlasparvai with the head lights, the tail lights would be on. Being red, it has good visibility from a distance. Hazard lights are to be used ONLY when parked due to a break down for any reason or while being towed (basically being a hazard on the road). The hazard lights are also not to indicate going straight. No indicators means that person should go straight. Indicators are to be used every time one turns or changes lanes.

Nice video mate! Very useful. In fact all these tips are useful even for seasoned drivers. Not many are aware of the small things and attention to detail that you look at and explain.
Just one thing: the emergency blinkers need not be used, however for some reason, in India, especially, this has become a trend to use during rains. There is no rule or norm and this is not a good practice. While its understood that this is mainly done to draw the attention especially during poor visibility like rain / fog / snow, it should never be done. The fog lights / head lights with low beam is more than enough to let others on the road about our vehicle's presence.
The repeated blinking of these lights from vehicles is a source of distraction especially at rainy weather and can hamper the visibility; moreover it is a misleading communication.
The main purpose of these blinkers is to be used only during an emergency, i.e. when we got into an emergency - a crash / flat tire etc. People have started using it for their own convenience, is actually a confusing thing. Another instance where these blinkers used are by vehicles stopping at signal intersections and to indicate that they are going straight- that is having both the blinkers on is misunderstood that it communicates they are going straight; this is utterly a confusing one and should not be used for that purpose too. This is a punishable offence in countries like UK, USA.

Parking lights should not to be used while going speed on road , as it will confuse other vehicles when you want to go left or right
Parking lights should be used only when you are parking on road side or your car has breakdown or when going slow in complete left slow lane to reach near mechanic shop. Pls don't misuse the parking lights in rain as fog lamps are enough, i request admin who has put great efforts to make these video, to go through traffic rules again and explain about danger lights when to use and when not to use.
