Dalia Ziada is a Muslim hijabi and she's very vocally pro-Israel (and got kicked out of her country for that). Before the terrorist attack, Egypt was very anti-Hamas bc they attacked Sinai too. This person might be making whatever up, but there are some suuuper rare individuals who remain Muslim and support Israel. A ton of Iranians are pro-Israel but they might be secretly atheist/culturally Muslim (if they're from that background). Also the guy from Nas Daily is Muslim and openly pro-Israel and got so much hate. Rare but brave.

In simple answer to your question is that every time an Arab country wanted to help the Palestinians it turned out to be almost their undoing by those Palestinians such as Jordan when they were forced to kick out the palestinians because the Palestinians wanted to overthrow the king of Jordan, and when Kuwait brought them in those same Palestinians sided with Sadam during the Iraqi invasion to Kuwait and so on...
As an arabic person, alot of palestenians if not all are hamas supporters. Alot of them have committed crimes and chaos wherever they went (Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan). Alot of leaders can’t say it because they will be labeled by the extremists in their countries as “anti-isalm”

I find it rather idiotic that they request to their university to stop any business with research groups from Israel; that's 100% antisemitism. Researchers from universities in Israel have nothing to do with their government and the war. Such racists should be left in the streets and not given a degree; imagine them as adults, refusing the application of candidates because of their ethnicity
