i think the reason why I grew so attached to this group of characters is that they showed their vulnerability and their growth. going through their struggles and seeing the resolution was so satisfying (although seung-jae deserved a bigger story) I MISS THIS SQUAD TOO MUCH AHHHHH

Yangcrates genuinely really cares about his students, unlike many other teach who couldn’t give two shtts about their students. Plus yangcrates also knows his students really well and pushes them to reach their full potential. I would love someone like that in my life too

I’m also glad it didn’t turn into a cliche rolance drama mid-way, they stuck to the theme and really portrayed each character well. Unlike some other drama’s that start as career goal oriented and coming of age but the original plot gets completely lost in the characters love life through mid way of the series

@@menace2819 yeah same. Tbh when I first completed the drama I wished han joohwi had confessed to her in the last episode but now when I look back at it I am so sad glad that it didn't happen. They already had such a good storyline. And the ending was soo satisfying. Plus they left their relationship open to one's perception. I'm just hoping for a second season with another great plot 😔

Its been long but I always come back here being a law student it feels so relatable and I am so attached to this drama. Sometimes it becomes very difficult but its always your hard work that pays off. This drama is the first one I fall in Love over all the other kdrama It's gives me motivation to study for my upcoming exams and to persue my career in Law. This is the best song ever while studying I always listen to this. I sometimes listening to it do cry like Why the Hell I can't study like Kang Sol A she did the best job and is my ideal for study movitation. Song is sensible, fire. Professor Yan's attitude, confidence...! I want to be passionate student like Joon-Hwi and Sol A and I wish teacher like professor Yan will teach me. Dorama is emotional, motivational and real.
I had one teacher like Prof. Yang in real life to be honest it was really hectic to deal with her 😭😭😭 especially when I got to know that she will be my teacher again for this particular subject I got so anxious before starting the new academic session. But now as an adult, I really miss her and want to have a teacher like her again. She was a real gem.

The actual and biggest reason behind watching this drama was this song. When I first heard the song in han joon hwi's teaser, I loved it.

Yeah, I've watched this twice and I'm still not done. This is such an incredible, heartfelt series with fascinating character arcs culminating in that killer last scene with the three of them striding confidently towards their next battle. Yang is such a great character, knowing just how to push his students past their doubts and achieve things they didn't realize they could do. Special shout-out to Ryu Hye-young as Sol A, who took a very tricky role having to flip from ditzy to assassin-smart on a dime. She's his true masterpiece in recognizing she not only knows the law, but can think fast on her feet in unexpected situations. I'm completely baffled why they never did a second season since these are characters and a cast any writer would kill to work with.
What a show. I tear up everytime I see that last scene. 😊
