Remember that this version of the Plague DR is dramatized. As far as any other story is concerned the Dr is not superhuman in any sense of the word bullets don't bounce off him like superman. He doesn't leap over tall buildings in a single bound. However his touch , and ability to make items he imagines appear are more like a magic.

Actually it's not really clear what he sees as the "Pestilence" though speculation through SCP-5 0 0 0 shows that it could possibly be the whole idea of emotion. As SCP- 0 4 9 describes the foundation of having hardly any pestilence, this could be because the foundation is a cold, calculating organisation, that cannot risk human emotion or error. I believe if given the choice, the foundation would remove Human emotion from many of the guards, as this would make them 200% more productive, the scientists might even have their emotions removed, so passion nor pride will cloud their judgement on a threat or a new anomoly.

Remember that this version of the Plague DR is dramatized. As far as any other story is concerned the Dr is not superhuman in any sense of the word bullets don't bounce off him like superman. He doesn't leap over tall buildings in a single bound. However his touch , and ability to make items he imagines appear are more like a magic.

Actually it's not really clear what he sees as the "Pestilence" though speculation through SCP-5 0 0 0 shows that it could possibly be the whole idea of emotion. As SCP- 0 4 9 describes the foundation of having hardly any pestilence, this could be because the foundation is a cold, calculating organisation, that cannot risk human emotion or error. I believe if given the choice, the foundation would remove Human emotion from many of the guards, as this would make them 200% more productive, the scientists might even have their emotions removed, so passion nor pride will cloud their judgement on a threat or a new anomoly.

he only kills you if you ask too many questions or you are greatly "infected"
