I was there that day. I woke up the the morning after that strom, my grandmother was over. I was about to get inducted into National Junior Honors Society. I was very excited for this. When mg mom woke me up, she said we were out for flooding and before she could say anything else, I only asked what would happen with the induction. She looked at me with tears in her eyes and said these very words to me, "Dr. Sullivan's boy was sucked into the storm drain." My eyes filled with tears as I thought of my selfishness. We went to go look at all the storm damage, the river was flooded over the streets, at the ball field, the tops were ripped, fences were torn, and rubbish every step. I felt terrible and grateful that the Lord kept me safe. Asher was the same age as my little sister and I am the same age as his brother. It could have been her, thinking about all of this made me want feel terrible. We went to the prayer vigil and I was very filled with hope and faith. During one of the prayers, there was a loud thud close to me. I looked over to see a teenager on the ground, I noticed she had fainted from the heat. A few minutes later there was another, louder thud, also close to me. My sister thought it was a shooting and tried to run. It was amazing to see God work and fill that place even through those distractions. For those of you who do not know, Asher did not make it. Even through this, there is still good. His parents made the decision to donate his good organs, saving the lives of many more. I pray for the recovery of the family.

I pray that Asher will be healed and back to a full recovery soon...in Jesus's name, Amen
