I miss having the points/upgrades on the ship cards for theory crafting/building straight out of the box rather than having to wait for the app
As somone who plays 1.0 only I agree. I'm starting to build up my 2.0 deck but maybe im just dumb cause it doesn't seem as straightforward
The best way i have seen to open the box is to take a knife and cut around the plastic box right under the ship all the way around at the base of the cardboard. Then you can open the rest like a normal cardboard box.
Something about Tri-Fighter makes me think it's done by same fabricator as Dwarf Spider Droid :)

Does the droid pivot? The center call is suppose to rotate, I understand they would be able to make it rotate 360 degrees due to the the stand but allowing it to pivot within the space of the bottom wings would be a nice touch.
I can't wait to start flying droid swarms on the physical table, wife bought me Servants of Strife plus others expansions I don't know about for Xmas.
Another beautiful ship. I am hoping they release a pack where you get a few of these. I can definitely see running multiples.

I've been looking to get into X wing for awhile now and really found all these videos helpful! I'm torn between starting my star wars gaming journey with x wing or legion. Any recommendations for someone new to tabletop gaming?
X-Wing is a really good place to start if you’re new to miniatures games! The rules are lighter than Legion, the miniatures come assembled and painted, and it’s overall a cheaper game to get into. But once you jump in and get comfortable you should definitely join us in the Legion community too!
@@joshuajordan3507 do you have any recommendations on what to buy first? I've watched the what to buy first on a budget videos and found them really useful but I'll most likely be buying all the ships for two players at first and want to make sure I'm buying for a balanced game. I know the core set is a balanced game but I don't know if the person with one ship would have as much fun! (Just my opinion)
Thanks for the video. Dang that ships looks nice, up until now i was wanting to not delve into the droids but this might have me buying into the faction.
Another nice ship broke that one als0 glued it back very delicate use the top fin to lift on and off stand.

Love the discord missiles/buzz droids, but I wish they were a little bit more effective than they are...oh well!
ive gotten really good at eyeballing direct hits by using my hand in an L shape in front of my face lol, they do a lot of damage when you chunk them on early
