Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a 2019 first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. Serving as the sixteenth overall installment in the Call of Duty series, as well as a reboot of the Modern Warfare sub-series
The campaign, a direct sequel to the record-breaking Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, sees Captain Price and Task Force 141 face off against ultranationalist war criminal Vladimir Makarov as he extends his grasp across the world.

I Hope we See Him and Alejandro More in MW4, He and Alejandro will Interfere In The Fight Against Makarov Because of Soap's Death(we don't if he dead) But i feel like it would be Wired For Alejandro because TF141 is Kinda Workin' with Shadow Company and Seeing as Allies would be Wired as Hell for Los Vaqueros to Deal with that.
Alejandro might be a replacement for Soap so then Rodolfo will take over Los Vaqueros
Can’t deny that we needed more time with him like give us him and soap to see how shadow and The rest operated and how he’s the second in command of the Los Vaqueros and show why he’s deadly as well; also we needed a couple more missions to see how him and Alejandro bond and help each other out vecauze we needed to see more of how the team operates and especially with Alejandro having a ranch, maybe he jokes that whenever they come his food is always gone the second the Mexican special forces come for bbq and some team fun

If I were to rewrite this character, Rodolfo Parra would be an antagonist character instead. Why. Because this can become a good story twist for the call of duty story. Maybe that he played the task force, shadow company, and vaqueros. That he turned shadow company soldiers into sleeper soldiers. That he turned vaqueros into his private army and even compromised the task force 141. Into leaking info of the task force to their enemies. That explains why Makarov knows about the names of the SAS when he was caught in Verdansk back in 2019. Because Rodolfo leaked classified information about them to Makarov. Plus Parra could’ve been using American missiles to turn them against Mexico and a victimized Latin country would gain more advantage for the rising Federation from ghosts to gain more influence and militarization reason against the USA. Even using the death of an Iranian general allowed him to gain qudz force and al qatala as necessary allies. Plus also he has personal reasons. Especially against ghost. He sawed him as the face of his godfathers killer Simon ghost Riley. The original ghost. His godfather was the infamous drug baron Manuel el gordo roba. The bosses of jefes. Before the araña and las Alma’s cartel. That he would make him suffer as much as he did. But it’s not the ghost of task force 141. He’s Samuel rourke. The second ghost. He would weaponize the world if it means making those who control it suffer its loss.
Plus his friendship with Alejandro would be both tragic and apathetic. As he did wanted Alejandro to join his agenda. But Alejandro isn’t for extremism. Making Alejandro the most pure hearted of the vaquero trio. Made of Alejandro, Rodolfo and Valeria. Like that could’ve made that story more compelling. Plus Valeria would feel like when Alejandro is shot by Rodolfo it’s sad and tragic because despite that Valeria turned into a drug baroness, she cared for Alejandro that she didn’t attempt to have him killed. Even when other drug cartel members wanted to green light on Alejandro for their interruption of operations. But cared that Valeria would join the task force into going after the true enemy of the story. Rodolfo. Plus his army of A Q, Las Alma’s rival cartel, sleeper Shadow Comoany soldiers and his own militia battalion from Tacitus. Foreshadowing Raul Menendez from cod black ops 2 to show up.
