Very great hike we got after wating from april.CEO giving good hike this year. He is taking very less salary than a assocoste .and he is spending lot of money to employees.great cEo never seen like this.even he is giving gifts evwry year not even takong singel rupww salary.never seen this kind of ceo playing with employees lifes.he has family enjoying bjt what about employees .he will take higest salary but dont bother about employees.his family and kids must enoyee good.life emplpyees not

Will you get a mail from system ? or should you ask your home manager after 2 yrs ?
After joining as a PAT you need to complete 2 years to get eligible for A level promotion and then you can ask your HM to nominate you for A promotion
I joined cognizant as programmer trainee one year later i got programmer and i got rating 3 june 25 2024 i have complete 2 year in cognizant can i promoted as PA now if yes then why i not get yet promotion because 2 month already gone and i also got merit increase mail but why i am not geeting PA promotion yet

I joined cts as PAT in feb2022, for the first one year i was working in a project (as non-billable) and promoted from PAT to PA,next one year i was on bench,after that i was allocated to a project(from apr 2024), so when i will be eligible to A?
