Yeah he’s committed for sure!! We go from Yaletown to second beach via sea wall, then cut across to lost lagoon/coal harbour, then into the park along the north west sea wall around the park, until right before the bridge where we take a zig zag trail up to prospect point. Then we stick to the right after prospect point and end up at second beach again. You should join us! The only tricky party is the zig zag but like we all did, you can do it by sections at first 💪

Actually, yes, there are seats and you can definitely sit on top of them. Mine is a little bit too short for that though. My friend is only 60 years old, you’re definitely still in the game…:)
