Totally, had 4 of them and Abarth Punto evo before going for Alfa, the 1.4 bring such a good exhaust note

@@matteomeloni6901 Well depends of your preference design wise. I largely prefer the Punto Evo Abarth, interior much more design (even though its still very simple but better than the Mito).
Only upside on the Mito is the TCT Gearbox, but i prefer the manual version.

I think its quite a fast car for the super small city car kind. Nothing for me but to each their own. Would love to see this car shred some corners on back roads. Rather than autobahn where it doesnt really shine.
I had for a while the first exit, (135 hp) and I confirm that it is in the corners was really a lot of fun, I guess this with many more horses, is even better, in fact autobahn in my opinion it is not the best place for this car
This car is top for the city. Small, fast and elegant

I drove stock mid range power 595 and it was fun car although steering was artificially unnatural, there was quite a lot of wind/road noise and you still can feel that it was higher rather than wider car. Gearbox is also something left to be desired compred to something from Honda. Having said that, the engine was peppy and car generally quick, even on highway

@@inS41NT It's a fun small car that's good in the corners, and it has a manual transmission. Also, it weighs only about 2500 pounds which, in the US, it is a rarity for a car to be that light anymore. Moreover, the way lighter cars feel to drive is something that I really enjoy
Is the top speed limited? Does anyone know? I’ve driven some Abarths before but I’ve never really thought about it. I feel like they should probably be able to get a bit over 230 but maybe I’m wrong.
Good sound but a little car light so low for accelerations with 205 HP
My old 2018 Suzuki SX4 S-Cross was a 1.4 T with 140 HP FWD and topped out at 220. Considering that this thing has 205 HP and weighs barely 1 ton it struggles a lot getting to 200 km/h. How is that possible?
I think it has "only" 180 hp o.O or is it chiped ?

Adore these. The remap backfires are a disaster though. Just a back box delete is fine, you get 8 or so horsepower and the occasional crack on up shift not on demand like this. Not good cars, but extremely fun and so much character, people slate them but don’t get the appeal that so many others do. I’d own one again for sure.

One of the best cars for city and country roads. For Autobahn in Germany each Abarth is a little bit too slow.

230 km/h only, despite making 205 horsepower. My old Nissan 200SX could reach the same speed on GPS, with only 170 horsepower.... So much for aerodynamics.

autobahn boring in this car. You need to find some nice twisty roads to really enjoy it. And the ones with the mechanical lsd's are even better. I did the winding roads up Mount Teide Tenerife (standard 180bhp model ) and it just came into its own, cocking a back leg round corners etc. Such a fun little car

To all people here calling this car „slow“ the times are 6.6sec from 0-100kph and 19.21s from 100-200kph (older video)for comparison

This car produces 205 hp meaning that it must be able to accelerate like a 205 hp car.
It is small and light, therefore, on a paper, it has all the necessary things to accelerate fast; but it can't.
Therefore, this lack of proper acceleration translates into a bad engineering.
That's it
Very simple equation
Power (on paper)×lightness= being fast
But it's not.
So don't try to justify the slow acceleration of this car by telling me that this car is not made for being fast on straight line

LOL its so slow 205bhp is not enough for that car needs at least 300bhp especially on an Autobahn , fun fact here in the UK we all drive these small cars , theya re fun around town but on the motorway always getting taken by guys in Audis or BMWs doing like 180mph , I myself drive an Old 1.5 turbo Mitsubishi colt it only has 157bhp but is fun around town ,problem is top speed is only 135mph so cant keep up on the motorways with the guys in the saloon sports cars.
