Your video really helped me. I solved the problem by using DHCP reservation. In fact, some android phones use random mac addresses which appear to the router as new devices and hence cause the problem of insufficient IP addresses to lease out. To solve this trouble once and for all, I also disabled random MAC addresses in all phones and tablets and use the default hardware MAC address of the WiFi interface. Thanks once again.

I have an IMPORTANT question.
My wifi works on Static,but not DHCP,no matter how many times did I turn off the wifi and on.It is wireless,and we have BlueNet giving us internet.Does Static Ip cost money even if it is in your house?Oh and how to fix this issue?I do not know that much stuff about wifi stuff so yeah... (btw it only does that to my phone.On other phones the WIFI works on DHCP.)
