I'm currently doing nursing work experience at my local hospital. I've enjoyed it so far and still have 3 days to go. Tomorrow I get to be on the coronary care unit, so hopefully I get to see an EKG and listen to some heart sounds :). Also great video Sarah, keep up the great work :).
Thank you so much for the comment :) You should love the coronary care unit...that was one of my favorite rotations. I heart the heart lol! I hope it goes well for you today! Thank you for watching my videos...I really appreciate that :)
Hello :) It is best to do both together. You want to practice as many NCLEX style questions as you can and after you answer them always go back and read the rationales. Then go in your review guide and look up the information you got wrong or the questions you guessed on. When you read the material try to understand the patho behind the condition, which will help you understand the signs and symptoms, nursing interventions, medications etc. So, use both techniques together. I hope that helps. Best wishes!
