You are not doing cast iron products we have lot of order in cast iron.
Why would you run zinc in a cold chamber cell the cycle time of this rapidly solidifying metal it greatly increased for no reason the excessive amount of feed and gating needed is pointless hot chamber zinc machine would reduce this component down to a 12 second cycle and most likely automated with a secondary acceleration ejection and automatic spray unit
ZA 21 needs a cold chamber machine since the high concentration of aluminum would be too aggressive for a hot chamber, but I agree that a spray unit would speed up the cycle quite a lot, it's killing me to see him brushing the lubricant on the dies.
Very slow hour ration of pieces .... plus its very strange that for this small parts their tools are so big ... adding Italy press or Frech unit with automatic sprey would increase production on about 300shoots on H ... i think now they can make like 60??

Very old technology machine all manual working, very small pdc machine..I am working in fully automatic robo Shell machine, which is 2700 tonnage capacity machine..producing engine cly block..

@@learnwithlabtech1826 yes sir ur right, beginners may think this is maximum..becz first 5years I thought 660ton(spm automation) is maximum..after company changed nly I released lot of technology (robo shell) is there..sry sir if I wrong anything...ur process explain is gud..in next video pls explain in tamil.
These small machines are awesome. if someone looking for larger machine, look for Teslas HPDC process.
