Why are some people even commenting negatively? If there are no inaccuracies then what's wrong? If you don't like it, simply don't watch it, there are TONS of other videos out there that may be to your liking, some of the comments are just negative without basis meanwhile med students are so thankful for this person because this person is helping us so so much!

His frustration that others don't get what he gets creeps into his tone. On the whole, he gives one of the best explanations on TH-cam, here. What I do notice is several huge gaps in his knowledge recognition of certain connections, and skimming over these blindly. These unexplained gaps will leave behind some of his brightest young students who will get hung up because he glosses over. I am old, so skipping, assuming, and glossing over is part for the course in order to cover what I now see as an unknowably huge course of knowledge and human experience.
Amazing Vidoes, just a heads up though you say Red Blood Cells many times when referring to White Blood cells. might be confusing to some people and worth a quick redub or note telling viewers.

great video. thank you. if white blood cells are greatly greatly overly-used say for a gut infection is their a risk that the white blood cells can reduce, diminish, loose effectiveness or simply tire out? thanks. very very informative.
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis I would give it a 90% A-. Indeed I watched the video 4 times already, from an engineer background and trying to learn about the immune system, as deeply as possible. I am scanning comments for an outline. Please don't let your frustration that people are getting hung up. There are 1 or 2 leaps that you breeze past which would have bothered me way more and hung me up 32 years ago. I can't remember all, since I was too busy memorizing. But off the top of my head:what is the relationship with the thymus in your stem cell origin chart? What is the significance of granules? What is the fundamental reason and purpose for having redundant sub classes of the same cell? There were about 6 other obvious questions that a young student could get hung up on. One other really jumped out at me, but I forget already. That connection was significant... But I don't recall.

Dr. What is mean if my wbc count is 14? How i can decrease until it get normal?
It depends on the cause!
Do you have an idea how many WBC counts to consider as Leukemia? Is 17.9 WBC counts normal for UTI?
Leukemia can happen at any WBC count.
Yes, 17.9 can be due to UTI...It can also be due to tens of other causes.
We don’t diagnose patients based on WBC count alone.
Please talk to your doctor!
don't neutrophils stain pink?
Yes, using Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stain.
But that’s not what I was discussing in the video.
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis oh when you talked about the buffy coat being green I thought that's what you meant.
