¡Qué gozo haber estado en ese momento en las primeras butacas! Congelados que se ven al acercarse las bailarinas. Por ello, Alice es el mero-mero inventor del Shock Rock, ¡Espectacular!
Alice looked good and sounded great here. Hard to believe it's been so long from then. He STILL looks good and sounds just as good as he did back in the day.
Back when the AMA were worth watching. I still remember watching this on TV when it aired back in 1990 when I was a teenager. I had this show recorded on a a crappy Betamax tape back then which is now long gone. I absolutely loved how the women looked back then, with the beautiful big hair and the sexy revealing outfits. I used to watch this video over & over on that Betamax tape just to see all the gorgeous models that Alice Cooper had on stage with him. Goddamn, they don't make em' like they used to, both music & women.
¡Voten! ¿A quién escogen? Yo voy con Devon, ¡Apartada! :)
I still have the VHS copy of this, which I have watched....I don't know how many times! I remember the first time I saw this, and couldn't keep my eyes off of those beautiful, sexy women! My favorite is the one on Alice Cooper's right when they all get side by side! Some guys like the girl next door, because of this (and Elvira), I like her naughty older sister!
I remember seeing this at the time, and thinking he was loosing his voice....It does sound a bit better here, but over all he was struggling we later found out with a cold or somethin like that.
Everybody Vote! Check this out: Devon Meade, who was Alice Cooper's backup singer on the "Trashes The World Tour" appears in the catwalk routine among the cast of models that parade; Note that she wears the same dress that she wore during the tour and can also be enjoyed mainly in the following video taken from the live promotional material for the album "Trash": th-cam.com/video/NH8mmayZ1jA/w-d-xo.html Notice her splendid image when crossing the arms when they form lines after descending the stairs, positioned a little away from Alice's left side. Yeah! (Devon stands out from the rest with a one-piece dress with a gold rhomboid decoration on the front and velvet sleeves, so you can identify her) Grab your partner! Which one do you choose? I'm going with Devon, Stay away! :) Vote and Greetings. Thanks for share this Jewel!
It was the mtv years...when hairbands was killing the business and everyone else wanna make a buck by been exposed on mtv.....even metallica make that one video(in 89)....but this was the beginning of the end for mtv.....
I tough mover was on alice band later...I'm not sure....I know singer join kiss when carr die....91/92 or so....so I think he was on alice band before that happen....I'm not sure....I'm a drummer that's why I follow drummers...hehehe....they all great anyways.....of course...lombardo is on top follow by hoglan and benante (for learning by feeling)on that style....
He had the flu that night, and his voice had been touch & go because of it, so while he sang live, they also played a track in case he lost his voice. I have to say, he fought his way through the whole thing.
that nail jacket is in the rock n roll hall of fame. i recognized it immediately. it was so cool.
I was obsessed with this particular award show. It defined my childhood. Love this performance! Still have the vhs copy.
Same! It set me on a life long path of Metal!

I remember this. Long live the Coop!
My number1 best friend Alice cooper hasn't changed a bit
Alice will always have had the best back up dancers.
My fave AC song, really struggling 30 years ago, sure he’ll nail it on the upcoming tour though…
He was actually sick with the flu that night, but he's a warrior, so he powered through it.
Saw this when it was first on and blew me away!!!
saw it live... wow those chicks! .

My god 🤘🏻
Nice!!
Chorus was playback, btw....
She said Alice Coopah!😂
Alice on his Prime, 100% attitude, who cares the voice.
this video brings back some teenage dreams lol
He was losing his voice at the end - too funny. Almost whispering, I remember watching this when it aired. Noticed it then too.
B. Scott Farthingsworth He meant to sing it like that, it's called an ending fade out.
He was sick
Should've let the band play, that playback was disrespectful to their qualities.
Poison was and is a great album....same time ofmondo bizzaro by the Ramones

Buffff
It’s seems like he’s singing live to a track
exactly.
He had the flu that night, and his voice had been touch & go because of it, so while he sang live, they also played a track in case he lost his voice. I have to say, he fought his way through the whole thing.
Poor Alice losing his voice!
Not really... He can still sing like he did in the 70s if he wanted
I heard he had the flu but still wanted to sing.
