Guy gets almost T-boned due to wake and bake.

I am heading to work at 4 AM in the morning and almost ran into this knucklehead. I was doing about 35~40 MPH, my light had been green for a few seconds as shown in the video before he decided to pull in front of me and then like an idiot stops in the middle of the intersection. We both had to turn onto the on ramp to route 3 South, usually you accelerate on the on ramp to merge easily yet this fine gentleman decides to go 25/30 mph rather. When I passed him I could clearly see him being baked out of his mind. By the way it goes without saying, this was much closer than it seems due to the wide angle camera.
