It's The Sims, its definitely a deranged sim woman who thinks she is a bear. The clue is when she is attacked by bees and she breaks character. The Sims is full of bizarre jokes.
Imagine yourself being her husband, dealing with the complains sent from various parks while kids would love a mom that is into cosplays, until later you have an awkward conversation with them about her seriously believing that she's a bear.
I honestly thought someone else was making those noises on the lot. Nope. The bear. Maybe Claire just has default female sound files when being attacked by bees.
I remember being 6 and playing the game, then the bear appeared and I freaked out so much I closed the game without saving. I think I even turned off the computer. Things like that made The Sims 1 hilarious.
@@Welshy Yeah, I sometimes played with the audio turned off (especially at night in the game) and I never bought a cooker because fire terrified me before in the game xD Poor Sims had to eat only raw food.

There were many rumors in Sims 1 of a Serial Killer character who would show up and attempt to murder your sims. Some claimed the Burglar would do it on special occasions Some claimed Ghostface would do it randomly Some claimed the Tragic Clown would eventually do this And there were some that involve being mauled by the bear None of this is true, as depicting a full on murder would cause the game's rating to go to M. Sims 2 actually got into some considerable hot water for an item that had to be cut from the game called the "Run With Scissors Playset!" which enabled Sims of all ages to knowingly and willing to commit suicide
The bear would often come at night and create noise at the trash can and cause the sims to wake up. Now I can see it has many more interactions as well.

Claire went through a family’s trash the other day and they didn’t even react to her presence. I also recently learned that you can use the mistletoe to attempt to kiss virtually ANYONE. But virtually all NPCs (Maid, Cake Dancers, Butler etc.) will simply reject the kiss. In the case of Bonehilda, the action is added to the queue but disappears. I wonder if Claire can reject a kiss through this method... I also wonder how the Obsessed Fan would react too.
I made a video about this mistletoe feature. It's a shame that they always reject, even the cake dancers who are always kissing the guests... The Servo and the burglar have the same effect than Bonehilda. Let's see how Claire and the Obsessed Fan react.

I suspect that Claire Ursine and Claire the bear are the same person. Claire Ursine went crazy, decided to permanently wear a bear suit and reak havock on people's lives!
