Gopro Hero 7: How to Insert/Eject Battery & SD Card & Format SD Card

A quick and simple tutorial on how to take out and put in the battery and sd card in the GoPro Hero 7 Black. I also show you how to format the sd card. Note the max sd card size is 128gb according to GoPro however others have claimed a 256gb worked as well.

How long does it approximately take for the SD card to format?

Great video. My Hero 2 lasted about 12 Years of heavy use. I usually ran the battery out and charged it right before use. I just bought a Hero 9. Is It recommended to store it with expired battery life?? Thanks in advance
