    At 27:04....delta ki value -ve ni hogi +ve hogi....qki left support me settle krta h to +ve hota h aur right support me sink krta h to -ve hota h...plz reply me,I m right or wrong?

    Sir 27:50 is it +8/1000 or -8/1000. Settle in right side should be positive. CD line C pnt k right mai hai.

    Why EI value for P and EI value for slope deflection equations are diffferent so that you are not using EI=1600kN/m^2 in Final moment calculations by slope deflection equations?

    Iam condused with the -ve sign for deflection. My teacher followed different kind of sign convention and that is different. Please confirm that this is the correct one sir.

      Follow any 1 method Start to end. If you are following my steps apply it completely, some teachers use different sign convention.
      If you are following your teacher apply there given steps completely

      While he was finding P as in external loading along with FEM the value of deflection must be negative but while he used in slope delfection eqns he is wrng!!!!

    Sir dk value at roller is 2 and hinge is 1 but you have taken dk value as 1 for roller

      no lateral load ....so it does not matter it can never be displaced horizontally without horizontal loads acting on the beam.....had there been horizontal load, then what you said stands true

    I think P2 = -2.628 KNm. As Delta will be negative in Mfbc case but Positive in case of Mfcb and Mfcd.

      It's 2 when horizontal force is applied but since no horizontal is there it is only free to rotate so thats why 1

      @@GaneshShegar not same brother...it has different sigh but there is very small deflection so you just taken positive.
      If you ignore deflection term too..answer will be not affected....
