Hobonichi Cousin 2024 Setup - Memory Keeping Journal

Hello lovelies
It’s that time of year where we’re all setting up our planners and journals for the new year.
This is my memory keeping journal. I’m loving the layout that I’m currently using for 2023 so I’m going to continue in a very similar style for 2024.
This is a very decorative setup. I really like to get the personality of the book sorted out before I start using it.

I really enjoy your process videos. It’s like listening to myself, ha. Trying not to overthink sticker placement, forcing myself to just go for it and live wild by not measuring something exactly and then feeling so proud of myself for doing that, then agonizing over whether it’s straight (or just-so crooked, if that’s what o was going for). The process is the joy for me, and that’s SO DIFFERENT than anything else in my life. It’s probably why I enjoy playing with paper so much - I use a different part of my brain.
Anyway - thanks for this video. It spoke to me, one sticker at a time. ❤️

Yes that’s exactly how I feel! The process is my favourite part. Who knew when we were kids that we’d be agonising over sticker placement when we’re older?! 😅
