It’s crazy how much ground you guys covered in a 20 minute video! This is probably, minute per minute the most useful PM interview video I have watched to date.

Wow this is very amazing product manager interview example, so sad that not many views received for this video compared to the value delivered by this video.

Not always, however Meta tends to ask more company specific questions than most of the other FAANG companies generally do. We tend to find that execution interviews focus on Meta products approximately 75% of the time while product sense questions have roughly a 50% chance of being Meta focused. I love the callout on active users increases can not only be because of unsuccessful matches, but because of changes to other products within Facebook that can have spillover effects into FB Dating. Also, calling out at what stage in the user experience funnel are we measuring the metric? On a surface level such as just overall usage, or after more usage such as when they message each other.
Hi Kratik, we actually have a collection of courses on everything from breaking into product management to the most comprehensive PM interview course collection on the planet! Check it all out at www.productalliance.com
It was a good interview overall. I have one question about the funnel which was brought up during this discussion could have been talked about a bit more. I understand that defining key metrics and categorizing 'em would give a more clear picture. But, I liked the way Steven approached the problem and put up the points, and prioritized the key metrics. I would want to understand from Steven, 1. Why the conversation metric was prioritized over "status". 2. Having "Status" metrics in place would give the success rate directly instead of a 2/2 approach.. Just curious to know.
I genuinely don’t think I would have passed my execution interview at Meta had I not watched this. Thank you guys so much!
Glad you found value in our content Muhammet :)

This is the most helpful product interview on TH-cam. Periodt!
This mock interview emphasizes key mental models that a PM should develop. It helps me a lot, thanks for sharing!

Even with industry skill and experience - you can't land an interview at FB without branded education or network...
