He's elemental but that whole thing could've been saved if Bwean did anything other than getting off two Lesser Healing Waves and interrupting like 5 other spells. He got off no damage as a dps. He barely helped healing. Man was mentally already gone and leaving these people to die. And worst of all, while roaching he pulled another group and those npc's finish off the warrior and the warlock after they kill the stoneclaw. If he had put down earthbind and let those npc's keep chasing him, the guy with the highest health amount, only the priest would have died.

But he always prepares to run, doesnt damage or heal, and just watchs everyone die while he decides if the other 4 can solo it without him
This has happened to me once with a hunters pet. You can not stand on the ledges/fence or the tombs. The pet wont have a way to the master and it will clip downstairs.
When I play on my hunter, it's a habit of mine, that anytime I am in a dungeon, my pet is on PASSIVE. It prevents them from running off, doesn't prevent buggy agro, but it never leaves my side unless I Ctrl+1.
The Priest and Warrior from Scholo were in such good spirits too, after the death. I don’t know how I didn’t die too, in Scholo. I got hit twice from a Shadowbolt Volley that took me out at stealth each time. o7 To them, respect.
Bean Situation: In that room if you have a pet class and you stand on the grave or whatever that slabs next to the stairs are, your pet will phase through the wall and spawn on bottom floor :|

Done scholomance 100's of times, its where the warlock was stood on the guard rail, if you stand exactly in the centre of it, it can aggro the mobs below, iirc you can be hit from there also.
When you stand on the fence like the warlock did your hitbox get screwed, the game 'think' the warlock is down below and so the pet run there in the room below. it affect any pet class. Easily tested when out of combat as soon a you stand on that fence you will see your pet sprint out of the room to down

Xar was 1000% dead no chance of survival whatsoever. That pally hoj the raptor long before he got near water, and then he grabbed the gator before Xar got killed last second. The gator nearly killed him so that raptor definitely wouldve. Even if he slept one, the other would've taken him out before he could get far enough in water to reset. He knows this and wont admit that he was being extremely reckless and got saved.
He also outlined is options but that HoJ was like, the exact moment he should have been using sand, if he'd gotten crit or something it'd be over before he used the items.
I've seen lock pets run out of that room in scholo and pull mobs below before. I wonder if that's what happened here. Not the first time I've seen a death clip of it.
Classic is full of terrain bugs. Any dungeon that has multiple layers, like a second floor, doing silly stuff like jumping on railings, or wall hugging buggy spots that are elevated is a no no. The game will think you are on the floor below and you can butt pull basically. Goes doubly for any pet class. Hard lesson to learn for people new to classic. There are some weird rules that veteran players will see as common sense that no new player could really even be expected to know/understand. In TBC guildies would do dumb shit like jump on a ledge in a hallway while the tank is screaming because it's causing mobs to evade and restore health. Ledge jumper is totally clueless that they are the cause. I would tell people before raids "Dont do any weird shit. No jumping. No ledge walking. No nothing. The game expects you to be standing in an open area, pressing your buttons. Do that and only that unless specifically instructed otherwise."

If it is not set to Passive and it has Macros on it, if the macro was used on a previous grp, after you kill the one set, it will go back to any other mob it was tagged to. My guess is that those skellies taht came in, was a pack they chose to skip, but was tagged by a macro or the pet before.

So lock was in combat due to the weird terrain issue and pet running down stairs due to the lack of a path for it, you can see it in the clip and then when totems go down, combat is entered because he is buffing a group member in combat.

At Ghost-o-plasm/ 15:17 youre supposed to place it, stand 40 feet to one side, start killing them as soon as they spawn while they're neutral, as soon as they touch the magnet they turn hostile and chain pull. I did this quest yesterday at level 39 on my druid, just 1v1 them 8 times, easy. I dont know who russell is, but its a skill issue.
18:00 - 2 big problems. 1. Why is he fighting a hatching and the Webspinner at the same time? Always clear out the Webspinners before looting the eggs. 2. He's just standing there letting them hit him right in the back. I feel like even with the extra mob, a hunter and lock should be able to do that pull, it just doesn't seem planned out very well, although it's possible they were respawns. I prefer to run from the hatchlings after looting eggs. You never know how many are going to come out.

It was 1 trash pack. Beans should have stuck it out and actually cast heals into the tank. Instead he ran away, cancelled all his casts and left the priest to take care of healing which resulted in threat (because the mobs drop threat regularly) if he had healed the tank, they would all have been fine. This is 100% a healer failure and i would never group with this man seeing him play like that.

Man I really love Xaryu and all but it is so weird that he keeps misunderstanding pet taunt and druid bearform taunt despite all of his skill and knowledge. Pet Taunt (hunter or voidwalker) is just a flat number of threat, as if it did damage. Bearform taunt is a real taunt though, placing the Druid at the top of the threat meter and forcing attacks for a few seconds.
I wonder if PirateSoftware might have some insight into that area's construction? Or what causes the Warlock pet to piss-bolt up the stairs and out like that...?
If you haven't attacked a mob and it aggroed to you, the pet taunt will certainly pull off you. But noobs roll the hunter thinking it's going to be a cake walk. Most the streamers getting killed don't research anything about their class or macro's or watch these videos. All the hunter needs to do is create a Hunter's Mark macro. /cast Hunters Mark /petattack Players accept the pet that eats the most food or what does top dps. But if they made sure to always use and upgrade their owl or bat. Their dps would still be good enough and add some survivability to their class. Screech has a 4sec CD and is an AOE ability that acts like a aoe taunt. It can save a group from a wipe. Because the pet will be right behind tank on the threat table when BM spec. A veteran hunter will send his pet to the healer when healer gets aggro and peel for them. Owl's and Bats are the best choice for hybrid tank/dps pets. Petri ruins the spirit of the game. I think it should be removed from a cycle or 2 of the game. Like GDKP was removed.

I think the key caps might be either red with dampeners or brown with dampeners. I have red with dampeners and sound similar but not quite.

It's not the totem itself. The totem gave a buff to a party member in combat, so you're technically participating in the combat.

Owl's and Bats are the best choice for hybrid tank/dps pets.
Petri ruins the spirit of the game. I think it should be removed from a cycle or 2 of the game. Like GDKP was removed.
